At the completion of every transaction, we mail a Customer Satisfaction Survey to our clients with a postage paid return envelope. The survey asks our clients to rate us on 10 performance factors, based on their experience working with us as listing or buyer agent.

Knowledge, Listening Skills, Problem Solving, Patience, Availability, Enthusiasm, Communication, Caring, General Conduct, and “Easy to Work With” are all scored from 1 to 10 with “10″ being best. We also ask “what did you like most about working with us?”
